SOKOTO STATE GOVERNMENT DECLARE MASSIVE VACANCIES INTO THE STATE CIVIL SERVICE

This is to inform all interested graduates wishing to take up job appointment with Sokoto State government that, recruitment process begins on Monday 22nd of September 2025 and ends on the 6th  of October 2025.

HOW TO APPLY

Interested applicants are to obtain their forms free from their local governments of origin, after which the applicant can then go to the official recruitment portal to fill all the necessary information as may be required.

Interested applicants are to take note of the following while filling their forms online 

1.Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

2. Registration/Login

- If you are a first-time user, click on Start Application to create an account by registering with a valid email and phone number.

- If already registered, log in with your credentials to complete or update the application.

3. Filling the Application Form

- Complete all mandatory fields carefully, such as biodata.

4. Uploading Documents/Snapping Picture

- Scan and upload required documents: Educational certificates, proof of indigene, birth certificate, NIN, etc.

- ⁠Picture of the applicant to be taken/snapped  at the time of filling the form.

- Documents should be clear and properly scanned. 

5. One Application Only

- Submit only one application. Multiple or duplicate submissions may lead to disqualification.

6. No Payment/Fees

The recruitment process is free. Do not pay anyone for the exercise.

7. Notification/Shortlisting

- Shortlisted applicants will be notified through their registered email or via the portal.

- Any further tests or screening will be communicated officially.

8.Deadlines

All applications must be completed between 22nd September and 6th October, 2025.
